What You'll Own

• Partner with clients to define digital transformation strategies aligned to their business goals, growth plans, and operational priorities
• Lead the development of strategic roadmaps powered by AI and emerging technologies, translating vision into actionable plans
• Assess current operating models and design future-fit capabilities that drive performance, scalability, and innovation
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to guide technology solution selection, ensuring alignment with business drivers and transformation goals
• Conduct fit-gap assessments and validate business requirements to shape solution architecture and delivery plans
• Recommend enterprise architectures and technology platforms that support long-term transformation and resilience
• Oversee the delivery of transformation programs, ensuring strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes
• Contribute to presales efforts, including RFP responses, client presentations, and solution design with domain expertise and strategic insight
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless transition from strategy to execution, introducing innovative technologies and patterns that differentiate Fusion5's solutions.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in technology strategy and digital transformation engagements
• Enterprise Architecture experience, with an understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and ideally conducting Enterprise Architecture transformations
• Advanced skills in preparing digital strategy, AI strategy, Agentic AI, technical architecture diagrams and solution design documentation
• Sound familiarity with varying Project Management approaches such as Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid
• Deep understanding of multiple systems and technologies
• Proven client pre-sales and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge and experience in a wide range of applications and technical platforms.
