The role of Talent & Centre Marketing Partner is a specialist position that sits within the Marketing team at our head office on Metroplex Avenue in Brisbane. Your work will help shape the future, ensuring every child gets the best start in life.

Are you a dynamic marketer with a flair for impactful campaigns? We need you This role offers a 50/50 split between local marketing for our West Australian centres (remote) and supporting national talent campaigns. Join our innovative team and shape the future of marketing.

**Your Impact**:
If you thrive on organisation, have a meticulous eye for detail, and excel in project management, we want you.

Collaborating directly with our early learning centres to develop marketing strategies aimed at driving enrolments and recruiting staff is key. And your passion for writing articles, conducting first-person interviews, and creating website content will be highly valued.

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Experience managing marketing campaigns with measurable results, a passion for staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies, and strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor Qualification in Journalism, Marketing or related field.
Local area marketing experience and/or experience in a national multi-site organisation (or franchise model) will be highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal (essential).
Strong collaborative style (essential).
Google analytics knowledge and skills will be highly desirable.
