**Description**:
**Position Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, you will drive our digital marketing efforts end to end. You will be an expert at creating and executing campaigns across various digital platforms at scale for our 61 centres contributing to our brand's visibility and success.

**Day to day, you will**:
Develop and refine our digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and support occupancy and recruitment campaigns.
Utilise data insights to inform campaign development and media planning, aligning with allocated budgets.
Create and launch digital assets for new centres.
Craft, execute, and optimize social media and PPC campaigns using Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
Analyse website performance through Google Analytics, and Google Search Console and make recommendations to improve organic and paid traffic.
Maintain and report on the campaign spend, providing ongoing insights for and increase ROI.
Collaborate closely with marketing peers and internal Graphic Design team while championing our brand identity.

**Experience & Skills Required**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and/or 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in analysing campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Ads & Meta Reporting or similar platforms to identify actionable insights and optimise future campaigns for better ROI.
In-depth understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and experience in optimising website content, meta tags, and backlinks to improve organic search rankings.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Brandwatch is desirable.
A willingness to keep up to date with the latest industry trends, changes and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computer skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
Strong organisational abilities, including time management and meeting deadlines consistently.
Interest or experience in the early childhood sector would be an advantage.
