**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Based at our Carrum Downs Office we are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Generalist to support our fast-growing People & Culture Team. With a strong alignment to our Core Values this position will provide project and administrative support to our People and Culture team.

This position is part time at 3 days per week (22.5 hours).

You will have a proactive and flexible approach to your role with strong attention to detail and experience with employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This position will also be vital in supporting and implementing People & Culture projects where the ability to deal professionally with our employees, members and clients is paramount to the day to day operations of our department. You will be working within a team who are passionate in supporting the growth of Caring for You. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support with the implementation of People & Culture projects including outcomes and initiatives.
- Assistance with the onboarding and offboarding lifecycle of internal employees.
- Assistance with maintaining internal HR systems with updated documentation, policies and procedures.
- Assistance with research relevant to legislative changes and continuous improvement of People & Culture.
- Adhoc administration requirements of the General Manager People & Culture & Human Resources Manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Tertiary qualificationS in Human Resources or related experience within a HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the development and implementation of HR or similar projects.
- Knowledge of relevant legislations including Fair Work Act.
- Ability to interpret and analyse data and develop reports.
- A positive, resourceful and can do approach to the daily requirements of People & Culture.
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- The ability to communicate effectively and timely with all levels employees and management.
- Experience within the Health or associated industry (ideal but not necessary).
- Confident with the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
