**About the role**:

In this role you will be responsible for delivering laundry and personal clothing services to the customers of Warrigal Shell Cove in a manner that supports customer choice.
This is a permanent part time position at 21 hours per week.
**To be successful you will need**:

- Demonstrated empathy with and commitment to the care of older people
- Ability to connect with and help others
- Proven experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and find the ‘yes’
- Proficiency in using technology, devices and software
- Well developed interpersonal and written communication skills
