Hourly Rate: $41.83–$57.87 (Level 1 to 5)

Busy Bees at Lane Cove is a modern, well-resourced centre with 120 licensed places, located in the heart of Lane Cove, NSW. We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality education, inspiring young learners, and contributing to a positive team culture.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Create intentional teaching experiences that support children's learning and wellbeing

  • Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Contribute to documentation, learning observations, and program planning

  • Work closely with your team to ensure the centre meets NQS and Busy Bees standards

  • Bring enthusiasm, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved) or equivalent

  • Valid NSW Working with Children Check (Employee)

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis

  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training

  • Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Australian working rights
