Busy Bees at Lane Cove is a warm, well-resourced centre with 120 licensed places, located in the heart of Lane Cove, NSW. We are seeking a dedicated Educator who is passionate about supporting children's learning, building strong relationships, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Build warm, responsive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Assist with daily routines, transitions, and supervision to ensure a safe and inclusive environment

  • Contribute to observations, documentation and program implementation

  • Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain high standards of care and education

  • Bring initiative, adaptability, and a genuine passion for early childhood education

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

  • Valid NSW Working with Children Check (Employee)

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis

  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training

  • Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

  • Australian working rights
