About the Role

Join our dedicated and nurturing team at Busy Bees at Lane Cove, where every day is an opportunity to inspire, educate, and care for young minds. As a Full-Time Educator, you will:

  • Create engaging and inclusive learning environments in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members.

  • Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs.

  • Collaborate with Lead Educators and the Educational Leader to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Ensure a safe, stimulating, and caring environment that fosters children's curiosity and development.

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent).

  • NSW Working with Children Check (Employee).

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.

  • A positive, professional attitude and genuine passion for early childhood education.

  • Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and child-centred practices.
