Licensed Capacity: 120 places
Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.54 (including 25% casual loading, depending on qualification and experience)

About the Role

Join our friendly and professional team at Busy Bees at Lane Cove as a Casual Educator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing. This is the perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic Educator who enjoys flexibility and variety in their work.

As a Casual Educator, you will:

  • Support the daily routines and educational programs across all age groups.

  • Build strong, caring relationships with children and families.

  • Maintain compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

  • Collaborate with our dedicated teaching team to ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.

  • Adapt quickly to new environments and support team members where needed.

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).

  • NSW Working with Children Check (Employee).

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Flexibility to work across different age groups and shifts.

  • A genuine passion for early education and providing exceptional care.
