
Service Team Leader

We are a Sydney based electrician seeking our next superstar
Your contribution will see the Service division run seamlessly in a productive and compliant manner as well as generate growth with new and existing stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician who takes pride in their work and ready for the next step in their career.
**The Role**
- Lead, support and mentor the Service division
- Ensure service works are being carried out to a high standard and in a compliant manner
- Perform installation, and maintenance work as required
- Work with Operations to coordinate service scheduling
- Develop relationships with current and prospective customers
- Provide quotations
- Conduct toolbox meetings
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Proficient in Simpro/Aroflo or similar
**About You**
- Trade qualified - electrical licence essential
- Hold a current NSW Construction Induction (White Card) (required)
- Hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willing to obtain
- Hold a current driver’s licence/provisional licence and the ability to drive a **manual** vehicle
- Previous leadership well regarded
- Have the ability to trouble shoot and fault find
- Effective Communicator (excellent verbal and written communication)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Tech savvy
