The role of an Assistant Manager at our hotel is to lead by example and create a positive service culture.

As a people leader, you will be responsible for motivating and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including venue opening and closing, back of house administration and banking, staff training and development, and rostering.

You will be responsible for hiring and managing staff, as well as ensuring that our high standards of customer service are consistently met. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with your team and customers will be essential in this role.
