The role of Service Manager is a critical component of our company's success. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the service team and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
A successful Service Manager will possess excellent leadership skills, solid knowledge of workshop processes and procedures, and a hardworking, committed, and highly organized approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mentoring and motivating the service team to achieve maximum productivity
- Overseeing team productivity and ensuring that all work is completed and quality-checked to the highest standards
- Delivering a quality customer experience at all touchpoints
In order to excel in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Service Manager within the automotive industry
- A current NSW Driver's Licence
