**Your opportunity**

The **SharePoint Administrator** works with the organisation to support the configuration of solutions in the Microsoft 365 platform. Using the principal of ‘buy don’t build’ and using ‘out of the box’ functionality, the SharePoint administrator ensures business users are supported to effectively use no code automation options and counselling them on technology selection and use cases.

Includes everything M365 including SharePoint web parts, Document libraries, Ai, Bots.

**Your responsibilities**
- Be a champion for change and support the team to improve Change Management approaches across projects.
- Analyse business processes, procedures and work practices, find existing design and usability issues.
- Design solutions on Azure & O365 that address customer’s requirements for scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Create automations using Microsoft Power Automate and O365/Dynamics 365 including AI maker, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, UI Flows, Teams and SharePoint following industry best practices.
- Keep abreast of future developments / roadmaps for M365 and contribute to the Aruma technology roadmap.

**About you**
- Experience writing Python & PowerShell scripts for Teams, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph API and Azure AD.
- Experience in writing Power BI Reports.
- Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM, LEAN, ITIL.
- Experience working in the Disability Sector.
- Self-led and motivated with the ability to manage your own day-to-day tasks.
- A natural problem solver, solutions focused.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances Attend Aruma offices as requested for training and project team meetings.
- Own transport and drivers’ licence.
