As the Team Coordinator to the NI SME & Specialty, SME team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administration support to assist with a variety of tasks.

This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Parramatta office, with flexibility to work from home.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for facilitating the daily functions and operations of the NI SME & Specialty, SME team and the Parramatta site.
- Management, coordination and completion of correspondence, communications, presentations, projects, annual business activities and monthly business reporting.
- Management of Internal Communication Framework, SharePoint administration and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Scheduling team travel and coordination of itineraries while handling expense management.

ABOUT YOU
- Superior time management, organisational skills and a high attention to detail to direct and prioritise own responsibilities and workflow.
- Experience in providing high quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience in building strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Advanced competency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Advanced competency in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
- Superior time management and organisation skills to direct and prioritise own responsibilities and work flow
- Customer Service and/or Office experience.
- Experience of providing high quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment
