**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a talented People and Culture Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, play a vital role in enhancing our People and Culture operations. No one day will be the same as you will be conducting high quality administrative activities across the employee lifecycle and act as essential contact person across the organisation. Other responsibilities will include:

- Assist with day-to-day operations and provide general administrative support to the Group People and Culture Manager.
- Prepare and review employment contracts and contract variations, verifying accuracy and ensuring that relevant documentation accompanies contracts.
- Coordinate the employee induction process across Baresque Group
- Maintaining accurate employee data through the HRIS systems
- Organise training and development initiatives across Baresque Group.
- Contribute to the delivery of HR programs and projects.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2+ years of experience within a People and Culture role.
- Prior experience with HRIS systems is beneficial.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or relevant field
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work to deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work within a team or autonomously.
- A positive, easy-going attitude, with excellent people skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including excel, power point and word.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and react quickly to changes in business priorities.

**Salary**: $70,000 - $75,000
