**The Role**
Reporting into the Manager, Delivery. The Delivery Manager is a key member of the Enterprise Digital Service team whose is concerned with enabling the team to deliver value. We do this by creating the right environment for the team to succeed, helping the team to self organise and creating a culture of learning and transparency. The main tasks of the role include:

- Establishing and facilitating Agile events, ensuring the regular delivery of projects and products in accordance with Agile methodology and related frameworks.
- Co-producing project timeline and its ongoing assessment throughout the project with the Product Owner and the team.
- Coordinating with Product Owners and other stakeholders during the stages of project ideation/discovery, project kick-off, scope definition and resource requirements.
- Negotiating and reporting on deliverables and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders.

**About you**
Your work will be strongly focused around supporting cultural and practice change so you’ll need to have a high degree of empathy and have experience in facilitation and coaching. You will be a great communicator, team player and problem solver. Ideally you’ll come equipped with:

- Solid experience as a Agile Delivery Manager, Agile Coach or Scrum Master
- Demonstrated experience in leading Human Centred Design and Agile ways of working, as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams to successfully deliver outcomes
- Experience in coaching teams in agile values, principles and practices and model the agile mindset
- Current Agile Certification e.g. SAFe, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, ICAgile
- Sound technical understanding of web and mobile development, systems architecture and digital products with proficiency in the administration of JIRA and Confluence.

If you come equipped with a knowledge of digital advertising (display, video, and audio) and product management, then that’s a bonus but not required.
