**The Department**
The Audience Data & Insights division within SBS provides key stakeholders with meaningful insights, drawn from multiple research touchpoints. Our team is audience obsessed and we place the audience at the heart of everything we do.
**The Role**
The Digital Optimisation Analyst will play a central role in the team responsible for personalising the audience experience on SBS5’s digital platforms.
- Assist in building digital experimentation activities involving designing, executing, and reporting on A/B tests.
- Work with key stakeholders across Product, Technology, Digital Marketing and Analytics, this role will be ensuring that personalisation use cases are articulated and prioritised for execution.
- Deliver the roadmap of personalisation and testing initiatives.
**About you**
- Experience setting up experiments or experiences in personalisation tools - Adobe Target preferred
- Exposure to related marketing technologies such as Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Campaign
- Strong understanding of CX principles and best practices on various digital platforms such as mobile, desktop and OTT
- Ability to frame use cases into a hypothesis-based testing approach along with strong statistical and analysis skills
- Good knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing and personalisation
- Comfortable working with technical teams and software languages - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON
- Good knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing and personalisation
- Experience working with digital product teams in an Agile environment
- Experience managing data-driven research from project inception to communicating insights and recommendations
- Excellent oral, written and visual communication skills, particularly at explaining complex quantitative information to non-technical audiences & stakeholders
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a constantly changing environment as well as collaboratively with a broader team
