With over 25 years' experience supplying qualified and experienced Trades and Professional personnel, we are currently partnered up with several valued clients to recruit for experienced **Site/Project Administrators.**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 year of Site Administration experience in the Mining/Civil/Oil & Gas industry.
- Knowledge of construction industry
- Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and written skills
- **Rio Tinto Inducted is highly advantageous**:

- To be successful in this role, people with a great attitude and commitment to a FIFO role for a significant contract duration are encouraged to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide admin support to management, engineers and operation staff. This may include tasks such as handling correspondence, scheduling meetings and managing various documentation.
- Drive health and safety initiatives. This includes maintain safety records, scheduling training sessions and guiding incident report process.
- Serve as a point of communication for both internal and external.
- Assist with financial tasks such as preparing weekly time sheets for payroll.
- Maintaining inventory and procurement such as raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries and managing inventory levels.
