**THE COMPANY**
Ora Banda Mining (ASX: OBM) is a uniquely positioned gold exploration and development company as 100% owner of the Davyhurst Gold Project. The Davyhurst project is located 120km northwest of Kalgoorlie in the eastern goldfields of Western Australia. The project area holds significant regional exploration potential in a district scale land holding comprised of 92 tenements, covering an area of 1,200km2 which contains more than 130 kilometres of strike within a highly prospective greenstone belt.
**THE ROLE**
Applications are sought from experienced Site Administrators to join the team at Ora Banda Mining at the Davyhurst Site. The Site Administrator is responsible for site related administration, travel and accommodation coordination, and stakeholder liaison.
**The responsibilities of this role will include**:
- Ensure that all activities are carried out to the highest standards of safety and compliance to current company policies and workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage site entry requests and ensure all personnel meet site entry requirements and are mobilised and demobilised in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain systems for transportation (flights/ buses) and accommodation.
- Prepare and distribute site specific correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Maintain site work rosters.
- Electronic and hard copy filing.
- Raise purchase orders, picking slips and receipt as required in accordance with company requirements.
- Provide general administrative support and project-based duties to Site Management and senior company personnel as required.
- Administration of inductions, forms, PPE, and supplies for new starters.
- Provide a point of contact for mobilisation / demobilisation enquiries for site personnel.
- Liaise with contractors’ site administrators to facilitate site entry, travel, and accommodation bookings.
- Liaise with village services contractor to ensure that the management of the village, cleaning and catering is maintained at standard acceptable to the company.
- Maintain effective working relationships with the village services provider, the flight charter company, the company travel provider, local community and suppliers.
**ABOUT YOU**
To be considered for the role, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of flight and roster management software.
- 2+ years’ relevant experience working as a Site Administrator in mining or a related industry.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
- Highly organised, with the proven ability to maintain multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills - including written and verbal.
- An excellent approach to customer service.
- The following will be highly regarded:_
- Certificate: Provide First Aid, or equivalent.
- Certificate: Business Administration, or equivalent.
- INX Software experience.
- Pronto accounting experience.
- Previous experience administering personnel via mobilisation / demobilisation.
- Previous experience developing and maintaining contractor and supplier relationships.
**ELIGIBILITY**:
- Must be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance valid within 6 months
- Reside in WA or willing to relocate at own cost.
