The TikTok Live QA team has been focusing on the high quality and the best user experience of TikTok Live products. Our team uses advanced autotesting tools and comprehensive quality assurance methods to continuously control the delivery of products. We are looking for passionate Quality Assurance engineers to join this fast growing industry.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Support a small to medium sized engineering team on career development.
2. Work on test strategy and methodology setup and optimization.
3. Provide technical support for engineers on team.
4. Align with product and org objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams around the world on delivering key results.
5. Define long term technical roadmap for team.
6. Contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:
1. BS/MS degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
3. 2+ years managing or tech-leading a QA team.
4. Experience working with Java/Objective-C/Python/Golang.
5. Experience with service automation, performance testing tools or test platform development.
6. Experience with Redis, NSQ, Zero-MQ, Kafka, Docker, K8s, Hive, Spark.
7. Excellent communication and problem solving skills, ability to coordinate with different local and global teams.
