**Technical Lead - JavaScript**

**Location**: Hybrid Working Model/ 1 day per week in Sydney, CBD

**Pay**: Up to $160K + super

They're of a size/scale where there's a career ladder to climb, demonstrate a strong culture of promoting from within - and not to mention - you'll be joining a sector that's insulated from a shifting economic climate.

Following yet another an internal promotion, they're looking for Tech Lead to drive through a critical pipeline of greenfield work.

**What you'll be doing**:
You'll lead 3 other developers on a number of customer facing projects. These will largely centre on building out self service capability, particularly around security and purchasing new products online.

Your role with be 70%-80% hands on engineering with AWS/Serverless, React and NodeJS. The remainder of your time will be a mix of mentoring more junior developers, proposing new solutions and driving best practices.

**Key Skills/Experience**

You'll need to be able to demonstrate at least 6 years commercial experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer/ Tech Lead, and expert knowledge of:

- TypeScript (React and NodeJS)
- AWS Serverless
- Testing practices such as Unit Testing/ Regression Testing
