**The role**
We’re looking for a tech lead who is comfortable taking ownership in their role. In this role, you’ll be working with the company's tech team, while linking up with their product and business development managers. You’ll overlap with their sales and marketing teams on regular occasions to understand what customers are saying about the products, and to inform priorities. As the team grows, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a great team that you'll help to put together. You'll lead the thinking on how product changes will be implemented to have the biggest impact on customers, and align development to expectations as well.

**About you**
You'll need to have experience implementing and reporting on the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, managing software projects, and working with development teams to achieve business outcomes. You'll also have experience managing day-to-day product development and development teams, and have an ability to understand development complexities and estimate timeframes. It would be a bonus if you have experience in multiple functional areas such as Product Management, UX/UI, database structure or backend development.
