12m Fixed Term with potential to go permanent - Join a "For Purpose" organisation - Dynamic and varied work Beaumont People are partnering exclusively with a leading Medical Research Institute. We require a Snr Service Desk Analyst, providing a range of Level 1 and 2 tech support to a growing organisation who are also undertaking a physical move to Macquarie University research centre. You’ll be working in a small team, managing and resolving level 1 and 2 incidents/requests in accordance with ITIL practices, working collaboratively in a fun and dynamic environment. Preference will be given to those available immediately, or on short notice. This is an initial 12-month fixed term hire, with a view to potential permanent conversion. The work will be mainly on site at Macquarie campus with WFH available. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage level 1 and 2 service desk incidents/requests. - Accurately record, update and document requests utilising our ticketing system. - Configure and support remote desktop access for our broad user base. - Troubleshoot a wide variety of technical issues, proactively researching when required. - Monitor and report on security breaches, manage Anti-Virus systems. - Support audio/visual systems in boardrooms, meeting rooms etc. **What You Need to Succeed** - A proactive nature, someone who genuinely enjoys seeing technology work. - A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in IT Support for organisations with over 100+ users. - Experience across Microsoft systems, MAC OS, Active Directory, Exchange/Outlook, O365. - Wide range of hardware experience (desktop, peripherals, voice etc) - Great communication skills, a team player who enjoys the work. - Ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks. - You will need to be a **Permanent Resident and reside in Sydney** for this role.
