Service Desk Analyst - Government Organisation - 6 Month Contract with Potential for Extension

This Local Government Organisation is looking for a Senior Service Desk Officer to join their service desk team in a 10 month contract. The organisation is located in Botany area. You will have the opportunity to work as a part of a government organisation in a friendly team environment.

**Your new role**

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will work in a small team and provide Level 1 & 2 technical support to their internal and external end users. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software related issues, password resets in Active Directory, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes and all other Level 1 & 2 technical issues that the organisation faces.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 2 year experience in Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Previous experience in Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10 & 11, Exchange, MS Teams and Outlook
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia
