**About the Role**:

- Coordinate and support project programming, management plans, and delivery tasks, including organising meetings and documenting minutes.
- Facilitate communication across educational directorates, updating project programs with the latest data and information.
- Assist in cost estimations, purchase requisitions, and invoice processing.
- Aid in the preparation of change documents and schedules.
- Analyse, track, and extract project data from information systems, identifying anomalies and potential issues.
- Prepare timely project communications, status reports, and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with the Project Management Office to review project administration functions, methodologies, and frameworks for enhanced efficiency in project delivery and reporting.

**About You**:

- Positive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely and successful project outcomes.
- Proven ability to coordinate tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (previous experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
