**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for an experienced **Workshop/Production Manager** to lead our high-performing team at Gemini Port Kennedy.

In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring repair methods align with estimates and industry best practices — all while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.

You’ll be working in a spacious, well-resourced facility alongside a committed team that takes pride in doing things right the first time.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Managing workflow and job allocation across the workshop
- Ensuring adherence to repair methods and high-quality standards
- Supporting and guiding technicians and workshop staff
- Liaising with Estimators and other departments to meet deadlines
- Maintaining a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a similar Workshop or Production Manager role
- Strong knowledge of panel repair processes and production management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
