As we expand our presence, we are looking for a dedicated Reception/Admin Assistant to join our team at our HQ in Port Kennedy.
Position Overview: We are seeking a driven, honest, and reliable individual who is customer-focused and ready to contribute to our success. The Reception/Admin Assistant will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and follow-up communications.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Support the sales team with quotes, orders, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
