This role is central to translating enterprise data strategy into impactful solutions that support decision-making and innovation across the organisation.

This is a business-facing role that requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate both technical and commercial domains to deliver high-value data products.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and manage the data product roadmap, including prioritisation, release planning, and team allocation
  • Define core product positioning within the analytics ecosystem and articulate the value proposition to stakeholders
  • Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders, demonstrating measurable business impact
  • Enable training, adoption, and identify opportunities for cross-functional data reuse and insights
  • Foster agile and lean governance across data product delivery squads
  • Promote data-informed design principles to shape product deliverables
  • Educate and enable business leaders on data product capabilities
  • Facilitate collaboration across analytics, data engineering, UX, and business SMEs
  • Drive alignment between data teams and business units (e.g. Sales & Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, Marketing)
  • Coach team members to maintain engagement, delivery velocity, and effectiveness
  • Identify and resolve delivery impediments to ensure alignment with analytics and digital transformation strategy
  • Track delivery milestones and adapt roadmaps to meet evolving business needs
  • Ensure data products meet quality standards through validation processes (e.g. UAT, QA)
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual terms
  • Drive adoption of analytics solutions and empower business units to self-serve insights rather than rely on reporting requests

  • Strong work ethic and are committed to showing up for a team

  • Embrace innovation, take calculated risks, and inspire others to think outside the box
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships, we prioritise our customers. Balancing commercial goals with customer satisfaction is key
  • Ethical standards and demonstrating honesty and integrity in all interactions is fundamental to our team culture.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' experience in product management & analytics, with a track record of delivering data product strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate data into business value
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Power BI, and DBT, and a solid understanding of modern data engineering and analytics workflows
  • Proven ability to lead agile, cross-functional teams and manage delivery in dynamic environments
  • Passion for enabling data literacy and driving adoption of self-service analytics across business units
