We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join one of our clients, a global automotive solutions provider, located in the southern suburb of Adelaide for an immediate start.

**The Role**

Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborate on brand positioning and target audience identification.
- Develop marketing plans with specific objectives across channels, segments, and global markets.
- Drive marketing program execution, leveraging internal resources and fostering collaboration.
- Analyse customer insights, trends, and market best practices for informed marketing strategies.
- Conduct analytics reporting, extract key insights for future campaign development.
- Formulate proposals and recommendations based on analytical findings.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategy across SEAP region.
- Liaise with SEAP Sales to identify and support product value propositions.
- Implement programs to enhance sales for new and existing products.
- Monitor and implement brand strategy through market segmentation and positioning.
- Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities.
- Monitor trends and the competitive environment in the aftermarket industry.
- Assist with new product-related introductions, including brand approval and artwork creation.
- Administer marketing budgets across all SEAP region brands.
- Maintain trademarks and intellectual properties with regional stakeholders.
- Ensure brand consistency aligned with organizational guidelines.

**Experience Required**
- Qualification in Business Administration/Marketing Management or equivalent experience
- Proven Automotive and B2B experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, and effective negotiation abilities.
