**Your new role**

This is a temporary product marketing specialist role, where you will be responsible for providing product specialist knowledge across various markets. You will support the delivery of strategies and programs to attract customers to the organisation’s programs. You will also have input into local level product development and review, and provide expert advice relating to attracting and retaining the best and brightest customers by actively contributing to plans, providing insights on opportunities, and evaluating performance against targets and objectives.

One of your main focus areas will be product marketing, where you will use your expertise and creativity to showcase the features and benefits of the organisation’s programs to the target audience. You will work closely with the product development team to understand the customer needs and feedback, and craft compelling messages and stories that resonate with them. You will also coordinate the launch and promotion of new programs, as well as monitor and analyse their performance and feedback.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- A degree in marketing or a related field
- The ability to create positive working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in a product marketing role, preferably in a large complex organisation
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
- A creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to see opportunities and risks, and devise effective solutions
- A collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- A strong knowledge of product marketing best practices, tools and trends
