**About the Role**

The Associate Director Engagement and Product is responsible for partnering with divisions within INSW, and developing, implementing and managing the technology product strategy the division.

Some of the key accountabilities include:

- Develop, manage, review and enhance the product strategy and roadmap for the Division.
- Act as the primary conduit for new or changed technology needs and initiatives between the Divisions of INSW and the technology team, including the provision of technically sound advice.
- Lead a team of technology professionals who maintain the IT team’s purpose and strategy, and who together enable the success of the Divisions of INSW through technology.
- Implement and manage key vendor engagements to underpin high quality technology operations for INSW, including managing vendor KPIs, tracking performance, and sustaining collaborative continuous improvement mechanisms.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in IT or Computer Science or strong equivalent experience in a relevant IT industry / domain experience.
- Strong experience and technical knowledge in the implementation and management of Salesforce, Project Collaboration software such as Aconex or similar.
- Experience in leading and developing a small group of staff within the delivery of excellent technology outcomes.
