As an Associate Project Director you’ll be expected to take responsibility for establishing project management as a discipline in the office. You’ll have Australian market experience, with a solid understanding of the digital landscape and all forms of social media production. Substantial project management and operational skills are an absolute must, and you’ll be a strong support for the account management team. As a champion of great creative solutions for content, you’re also able to plan the larger campaign initiatives.

With 10 years’ experience managing multiple brands in a creative or digital agency, you’ll not only be an excellent leader but a trusted mentor as well. Your confident negotiation, presentation and communication skills will help you thrive being hands on and taking ownership of complex projects. Problem solving, even before they arise, and quality control of projects will be something that comes naturally to you. And of course you’ll be cool, calm and collected when working under pressure and supportive to those around you. In other words, you have oodles of empathy, positivity and great energy.
