The Administration Officer position is to assist with (a) the administration and delivery of the funding programs delivered by the Innovation division, and (b) the contract management of approved funding applicants.In particular you will: - Assist team leaders to deliver and manage a diverse suite of funding programs.This will include coordinating funding rounds, managing external assessors and compile funding contracts. Maintain the grants management database (Smartygrants). Assist in the assessment of grant funding proposals for eligibility and adherence to program guidelines. Be responsible for the financial management of grant recipients which includes vendor set-up and maintenance, payment processing via SAP, raising of invoices, and monthly reconciliations. Prepare reports, submissions, briefings and correspondence as identified as needed individually, and as directed by senior officers and management
