**About Us**:
Easychef is an established and dynamic food exporter that partners with supermarkets in Asia to quickly and efficiently procure and export iconic and on trend Australian products.

**Role**:
This customer centric role will suit someone with solid retail or FMCG account management experience particarly in SE Asia, naturally organised and detailed, with a passion for food, the sales process, and who is excited to export.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement company strategy
- Maintain and grow existing clients via regular engagement with key personal, business reviews, new product developments and exciting trade plans
- Ensure customer satisfaction levels remain high and quick action taken to address any issues
- Manage the end to end sales processes thru CRM from purposeful new product pitches to first order
- Provide insightful reports on business performance, customer satisfaction, issues, and opportunities.
- Represent the company at relevant trade gatherings and marketing events interstate and eventually overseas

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Minimum three years’ experience in account management or customer service in fast paced retail or FMCG aligned with food
- Understanding of category management
- Solid sales cycle experience preferably in CRM Nutshell
- Ability to maintain margin and exceed budget
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Intermediate computer skills in MS office, in particular, Excel and Powerbi for data analysis
- Keen, capable, multi-tasker with a can-do friendly attitude.

**Application process**:
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
