Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cleaning Supervisor located in Brisbane, QLD, with some work from home acceptable. The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities include supervising cleaning staff, conducting inspections, managing supplies, providing training, and maintaining communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Commercial Cleaning experience
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in management or related field is a plus
