**About the Opportunity**

The world is changing rapidly more than ever. With the market recovering and the need of insights to inform key business decisions, a new role has been created to support our client in deeply understanding their targeted customers.

As a Customer Research Specialist, you will manage various strategic qualitative and/or quantitative research. You are expected to engage our key stakeholders to understand their needs, turn their needs into clear research briefs, and choose the right research and sampling methodologies, and conduct the research either in house or through agencies.

**What you will be doing**
- Provide support to stakeholders on smaller scale research when capacity allows
- Support the rest of the team as well as the broader business to make best use of the insights you generate
- Conduct strategic market research such as customer needs-based segmentation, customer person profiling, brand tracking, brand equity research, environmental scan, competitor analysis, etc
- Own our Competitive Intelligence (CI) tech, support curators from different disciplines to curate and distribute relevant CI, and curate CI for our executive leadership team

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Qualitative and Quantitative research
- Tertiary level qualification in a relevant and related discipline
- Strong knowledge of quantitative data analysis
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
