The Research and Insights Specialist is responsible for supporting the Voice of Customer program to understand customers’ needs and expectations and to identify the drivers of customer experience that achieve key business outcomes Joining a superstar team, you would report into the Head of CX and have a varied, outward-facing role across a few verticals

**What you'll be up to**:

- Help manage and improve the customer and stakeholder feedback program by providing support with platform administration, quality control, and implementing platform improvements.
- Gather and analyze customer research insights from different sources.
- Create visual tools such as reports and dashboards, and reporting frameworks to share knowledge and insights with stakeholders by regularly measuring and reporting KPIs.
- Offer guidance and advice within the organization on how to gather customer experience insights.
- Provide valuable insights from various customer channels to aid in the improvement of the overall business and customer experience.
