**About the role**
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As the **Voice of Customer (VoC) Specialist** in our Member Experience and Insights team, you’ll manage core elements of the Australian Retirement Trust VoC Program, and day-to-day execution of the VoC research plan.
You'll liaise with stakeholders across the business to understand their line of work and requirements, to successfully design, execute, manage, and analyse regular and ad-hoc customer research projects.
You'll provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders in an inspiring and engaging way that inform strategy, customer experience development and key business decisions.
**About you**
You'll have an impressive background in customer research which will see you hit the ground running in this role. It goes without saying that your communication skills are top notch, and you can turn consumer data into meaningful recommendations using your strong analytical skills.
- You know all about customer and/or market research methodology (quantitative and qualitative).
- You're a pro at creating high quality research reports and presentations.
- You're experienced in statistical analysis software (e.g., Q, SPSS, Excel).
