Talent Acquisition Business Partner − Graduate

Our Graduate Talent Acquisition team has a terrific new role for a recruiter with a passion for early careers programs to come into the GHD business and work across our South Australia & Northern Australia regions. Working with an amazing team of Graduate TA professionals, you’ll take on the delivery of our Graduate & Internship programs for the regions and assisting with other portfolios in the business, depending on your interests.

You will have the opportunity to influence attraction and selection practices and build on existing relationships with local tertiary institutions and industry organisations. Most of our graduates come from an engineering or science discipline, but we also recruit from architecture, project management, digital and other business disciplines.

Working with a blend of remote and office-based work (we currently have no requirement for set days in the office), we’d like you to be based out of either Adelaide or Brisbane, however, we’d also be open to you being permanently located one of our other locations across North Queensland, Darwin or even Melbourne. Regardless of your location, you could also work from one of our many regional offices from time to time should you be travelling for work or personal reasons.

**What will you do in the role?**
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders to understand requirements for GHD’s graduate & internship campaigns each year
- Actively engage with University Careers Services teams, student clubs/societies and other networking opportunities to engage with students
- Recruiting graduate & internship talent into the business, aligned with GHD’s Diversity programs
- Work with an experienced and highly supportive team across Australia & New Zealand - we chat regularly, support each other
- Influence the future direction of our recruitment programs & participate in annual strategy workshops

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Experience with ATS platforms - preferably Oracle Cloud, but all considered
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience in delivering in-person and virtual information sessions for students
- Values inclusion and knows how to attract and select graduates from diverse backgrounds
- A self-confessed brand ambassador who is eager to elevate GHD’s employment brand with students in your regions
