**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Portfolio Ownership**: Manage recruitment across your own retail portfolio
- **Strategic Partnering**: Work closely with leaders to attract and hire top talent
- **Relationship Building**: Influence and collaborate across all levels of the business
- **Talent Strategy**: Drive sourcing, market mapping, and continuous improvement
