The National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS) team is seeking to appoint a Technical Officer to provide ongoing support to accredited assessors and lead the continued development and maintenance of a NABERS tool.
**About the Role**
Join us in managing NABERS operations, supporting a range of stakeholders including building owners, managers, and tenants in assessing environmental performance. You'll conduct level 1 rating audits, contribute to NABERS rules, and ensure tool relevance by monitoring technology trends, managing risks, and engaging stakeholders.
Additionally, you'll coordinate projects for timely delivery, conduct research for tool improvements, and handle complex queries to guide on best practice, policies and procedures. This role will interact with external stakeholders extensively to effectively communicate technical information and to be able to support analysis of operational challenges in order to initiate impactful solutions.
**About You**
You will be technically excellent with the ability to critically evaluate and advise on technical documentation and decision-making. You will be a proven project manager and be result focused with strong time management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
