Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing a daily list of subdivision referrals for evaluation by the delegate Officer within Asset Inspection and Protection.
- Assessing subdivision plans against existing and proposed natural gas assets to identify potential conflicts.
- Collaborating with the easement officer or relevant Victorian Networks manager to determine appropriate protection measures for natural gas assets in areas of conflict.
- Assisting and coordinating work with team members of the Planning & Engineering group.
- Representing Victorian Networks on the SPEAR user group meeting when required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the gas industry, preferably in a technical or administrative role.
- Proficiency in interpreting gas maps and technical drawings.
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle high volumes of work and prioritise conflicting priorities.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation related to referral authority and subdivision referrals (preferred).
