**About Us**

This window coverings manufacturer based in Marrickville provide a variety of internal and external blinds and curtain systems to the residential and commercial Architectural & Building industry i.e.: local or state government, hospitality, architects, designers, specifiers, developers, builders etc.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the sales strategy, providing technical support and converting commercial leads within the window furnishings industry.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Technical Sales Support team member, you will:

- Collaborate closely with our sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process
- Promote your products range of curtain hardware systems around NSW
- Assist in creating tailored solutions for clients, including architects, designers, specifiers, developers, builders, and local/state government entities
- Engage in product presentations, both in-house and on-site, showcasing the features and benefits of our window coverings
- Provide accurate technical information and guidance on product specifications, installation, and maintenance
- Liaise with clients to understand their project requirements and offer suitable window covering solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the architectural and building industry
- Keep updated with industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings to better assist clients

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Background in architecture, interior design, construction, or related field preferred
- Strong technical understanding of window coverings, blinds, and curtain systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret and convey technical information effectively
- Customer-focused approach with a keen attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles is advantageous
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
