**Your New Role**
Come and join our clinical and care team at **St Luke's Green Aged Care**, where we are leading the industry in driving our award winning **‘Better Together’** model and raising the quality of life for our residents and their families.
What does your new role look like?
- Role model the aspired Leadership behaviours to source, lead, develop and retain high quality team members aligned to the Australian Unity culture.
- Lead the clinical and care delivery across the Aged Care Facility
- Lead the effective delivery of a range of customer -centred and compliant aged care services through collaboration with the site management team and central support services
- Help develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and strategies to ensure accommodation and services are delivered in a cost-effective manner and that revenue, costs and capex is managed within set budgets.
- Collaborate with other manages in the facility to support the delivery of the end to end Better Together® customer value proposition
- Delivering individualised clinical based nursing care to our residents
- Leading and mentoring care and clinical team members
**About you**
Above all, you will align to our Values of** Bold, Warm, and Honest**. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team.
- AHPRA Registration and a bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Experience with the Commonwealth Aged Care funding instrument (ACFI) / understanding of the transition to AN-ACC.
- Knowledge of aged care accreditation procedures and standards.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Experience in leading Care and Clinical team members whilst creating a great work culture
- Proficiency in using various systems, including online care management programs
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19 including the first Booster.
