**Description**:
We have experienced phenomenal growth in customers who have part, or all of their Lite n’ Easy program funded by the government, so have had to put together a national specialist team who are exclusively focused on Home Care Package (HCP), NDIS/NDIA and Commonwealth Health Support Program (CHSP) customers. Due to continuous increase in queries and referrals from this space we are looking for an additional 2x fulltime Customer Service Support Officers to support and continue providing the highest level of service to these customers to ensure Lite n Easy remains a provider of choice.

**Hours of Operation**: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm (shifts are usually 9am-5pm, then 8am-4pm during daylight savings)

**These roles would suit someone who has strong hospitality or specialist/niche retail experience providing a personalised service**

**Daily responsibilities include**:
Onboarding new customers who have been referred to Lite n’ Easy via our HCP and NDIS programs
Responding to general enquiries in a timely matter and ensuring correct information is provided to our HCP/NDIS customers
Ensuring all information on customer accounts are correct and all activities are compliant in regards to privacy
Processing requests for NDIS quotes

**Skills required**:
3-5 years’ customer service experience - face to face or over the phone
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Able to plan workload autonomously without losing sight of team goals
Strong problem solving skills with ability to deal with unique problems
Patient, genuine, empathetic nature
Clear communicator
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and 3rd party organisations
Able to complete NDIS worker screening
