**Position: Customer Service Officer (Full-Time)**

As a key member of our wholesale customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and provide support to our valued customers across various sectors including hospitality, retail, and government establishments.

**Responsibilities**
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining customer relationships by providing timely information and resolving inquiries and complaints.
- Demonstrating product knowledge and offering appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.
- Proactively engaging with current and potential clients to foster business growth.
- Achieving and maintaining consistent sales results.

Pay: $46,460.00 - $79,087.03 per year
