**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for an enthusiastic **Customer Service Administrator** (Customer Care Consultant)** **to join our team based in **Canning Vale WA**, you'll provide an exceptional and professional level of service to one of our largest customers.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- You will be empowered to investigate issues and escalations and be relentless in your pursuit to reach an outcome quickly
- There is a degree of administration related tasks and these should be actioned effectively and according to business processes
- You will be eager to learn and understand the commercial relationship of what our customers bring to Blackwoods and be pro-active in ensuring you keep yourself up to date with all processes, procedures and updates

To be successful, you will have:

- Ability to work Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00am to 5:06pm
- Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Previous experience providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment and able to manage conflicting priorities
- High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
