**Skills Required**:
**Office Administrator Job Description**:
Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers with enquiries and scheduling bookings

Provides support to Workshop Supervisor with sourcing products, job allocations, goods inwards and accounts receivable

Receiving EFTPOS payments and reconciling receivables daily and at month end

Data entry of payables invoices, credits and month end reconciliation

Weekly Bank Reconciliation

Supports company operations by maintaining office systems

Taking the initiative to put forward any changes that would result in business improvement

Maintain confidentiality with employees and company information

**Office Administrator Qualifications / Skills**:
Managing processes

Maintaining and developing standards

Promoting process improvement

Exceptional communication skills

Inquisitive and willing to learn new skills

Good time management skills

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:
Specific industry experience - automotive mechanics, motor trade, motor parts (preferred but not essential)

Proficient with Microsoft Office software

Proficient and confident with phone systems

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position

Has inquisitive mind, doesn’t mind learning new software

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.23 - $44.30 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Accounts receivable: 2 years (preferred)
- Accounts payable: 2 years (preferred)
- Data entry: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
