Paragon Recruitment is working with multiple General Insurance Brokerages, throughout Melbourne, to recruit Assistant Account Executives & Junior Insurance Brokers.
There are various positions on offer from Trainee & Entry Level to Account Broker / Assistant Account Executive. We pride ourselves on with working with the best employers in the market, that are genuinely committed to training and developing their staff.
**About you**:
- Prior experience within the insurance industry - Sales & Service, Claims, Underwriting and/or Broking all considered
- Self-motivated, driven and passionate about a career in insurance
- Confident and effective communicator
- Tier 1 or 2 qualifications - highly regarded
**About the role(s)**:
- Providing client management support to Senior Brokers
- Collating data, obtaining insurance quotes and preparing reports
- Processing insurance documents
- Responding to general enquiries and providing strong customer service
