Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking motivated and empathetic individuals to join their growing Customer Service team This is a temporary role with the potential to be made permanent based on performance/company development.

**In this role, you will**:

- Answer inquiries about our services, appointments, billing, and insurance.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records (with privacy practices upheld).
- Play a vital role in upholding commitment to patient satisfaction.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Possesses a strong customer service focus and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Is a team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Has solid understanding of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous experience in healthcare is a plus, but not essential.
